Each of our paths to wholeness is unique and wondrous. Balancing real-life issues with our ideal (imagined) realities can sometimes be heartbreaking. Many sacred texts purport that we are spirit moving through time and it’s through the physical vehicle that we come to transcend the material world. From this perspective, human experience is ultimately about becoming one.
The great poet Rainer Maria Rilke wrote, “Believe me: life is right at all events.” Make no mistake, we are here to adjust to and abide by the physical laws of the natural world; learning to bring balance to our lives and relationships. It is from a state of harmony, and in loving devotion to our bodies and experiences, that our spirits will soar.
William Arthur Ward said it best, “If you can dream it, you can become it.” Never stop dreaming. With an integrated effort, dreams do come true.
