“We are dangerous when we are not conscious of our responsibility for how we behave, think, and feel.” ~ Marshal Rosenberg

Yesterday’s full moon in Cancer (or the days leading up to it) may have exposed the unadulterated power of our emotions along with a desire to assert more ownership over our feelings and the potent internal forces that influence our lives.

Our beliefs about security are changing, perhaps becoming more clear. We are learning to find greater comfort in these changes – having accepted that it is the only constant we can truly grasp.

The tides are slowly turning as our codependent tendencies shift toward the balance between self-reliance and interdependency. We gain a sense of self-realized power when we independently own up to and fulfill our personal needs – while surrendering what we cannot control.

Our body is our individual compass and the regenerative vehicle for transformation, growth, and ultimately liberation. Noticing how we protect ourselves and our vulnerabilities can be an illuminating resource. This is an empowering cycle of restoration as we sink into a more honest understanding of our needs and self-care.

These new revelations are what “being the change” looks and feels like. Power is a self-determining factor.
