Saturn also known as Cronus or the Lord of Time is responsible for the the laws of karma, of cause and effect. As god of time he reminds us that all things must pass, and that we must learn to take responsibility for our actions in order to avoid repeating the mistakes of the past. Cronus embodies the cycles of action and reaction that ultimately lead to change and growth. The method he employs is that of restriction, of understanding the nature of limitation in order to transcend this. His ways are often harsh, but eventually lead to a greater degree of self- knowledge. The essential nature of Cronus is that of the stern teacher who has no use for fripperies or embellishments. Yet if we pay attention to his advice, another aspect emerges: the rich harvest of crops that are gained through ploughing and weeding the fields of the self.  (from Understanding Planetary Myths by Lisa Tenzin-Dolma)

Notice how your bones and your structure support your organs, notice how your muscles support your bones and the tendons support your muscles. Sitting in this place of stability and ease, letting go of any thoughts that hinder or restricts you.
