ABOUT ELAINA BEAM

Elaina possesses a very rare ability to provide healing and intuitive guidance during her counseling that inspires action towards creating change in our inner and outer worlds. It is her special gift to support from afar through prayer as I have felt her long after our sessions have been over whispering reminders of gentle encouragement. This has been invaluable for myself as someone that is learning to embrace change gracefully. She has helped me to become a beautiful dancer of life. I have found Elaina to be compassionate, yet firm, lighthearted and deep. I am super fortunate to have found her and lucky to be able to call her a friend.

The joy you bring to the mat- the ease in which you guide us- you create a safe space to explore the body with reverence and humor. Working with Elaina taught me how to observe myself in my thoughts and actions then showed me how I could make a more positive experience by just a slight shift in perspective. What Elaina revealed through her Conscious Parenting has been incredibly supportive!
