We cast aside our prayers For the nakedness of now Purity accepts innocence Like this passage of air Contracting our lungs Stripped of memories That beckon us to bow Parameters of a past timeA collection of mythos Beholding the wisdom To tend the flame And not be branded Can we be with truth, and still, let go? Can the web of tales told advise without consuming us? To be untethered and still feel safe? Will the allurement of our senses repeatedly magnetize? Or can we absolve the resonant field by pulsing a new vibration? Are we trapped? Or, can we truly choose? Will the alleged free will of humanity stop demanding but rather claim? Oh the questions that arise In the tracking of my mind…
