The New Moon in Libra arrives like a breath of fresh air bringing the luck of the benefic planets (Jupiter and Venus) and an opportunity to meet ourselves and life favorably, without resistance. Jupiter (aka guru) is impressing this lunation with an expansive and uplifting conjunction. The influence of the inner guru invokes a higher-minded approach toward cultivating harmony. And, as many of us know the Libran’s main objective is balance, especially in relationship…so much so, that there is a tendency toward over compromising and loss of integrity for its sake.
This Sun/Moon/Jupiter conjunction is forming an inconjunct to Neptune in Pisces which could throw a twist into mix. Be sure the urge for idealism and optimism doesn’t obscure something that may otherwise deceive. Rose colored glasses are wonderful as long as we remember we’re wearing them. Trusting in love takes both believing in the dream while actively aligning with the laws of nature to fulfill loves purpose.
And so, when the Libra time of year come’s around we look to the scales of justice to weigh our hearts against that of a feather as we stand up to confront ourselves in the face of other. Although the mirror can be clear, distorted, cloudy, or cracked it never fails to reflect. The ultimate judgment is of our own integrity and with a sextile to Saturn, we are being called to stand firmly upon the ground of equality while holding true to the deep compassion of Venus and what we most value. As the ruling planet of Libra, Venus heralds acceptance and self-love as super powers for charging up our relationships and our lives.
We bow down to Venus as an emblem of love, grace, and a powerful force for transformation. Trusting in our capacity to thrive in love is the foundation for uplifting our lives. With Venus in the passionate and magnetic sign of Scorpio our hearts focus may be directed toward depth of feeling. It is through the intensity of our desires that our hopes and wishes are attained and with a trine to Neptune in the charming sign of Pisces we are tinged with plenty of inspiration to behold our dreams.
When we believe in love we trust in the process and our actions align accordingly. Ask yourself: Am I willing to meet and be met in the middle working together in a vibration of love?
